We make sure all products on ours shelves - be it on our physical store or online - are the best options for your pets. Our mission is to support you in your journey of being able to care for your healthy and balanced pets.
Each pet is different and will have varying nutritional needs and diet requirements.
All our products are carefully selected for overall health. However, if your pet has certain conditions like allergies or similar sensitivities, then please ask Barb or one of her staff via our contact page
We are more than just Food - although food is our focus.
We are a Boutique, and offer a variety of unique and personalized products for Pets and Humans.
We also carry the staples that every pet home needs - treats, grooming supplies, collars & leashes etc.
Standard delivery is around 3-5 days.
In some cases, a return or exchane is required. Farm To Paw will refund your purchases when returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.
Food & Treats may be returned in original packaging, bags must be more than 3/4 full. Open cans can not be returned, if the product is defective please contact the store and provide a photo of the defective product.
RAW Food may NOT be returned to the sore. However, raw food can be credited to a store account based on the amount of defective food within 5 days of purchase. The store will require pictures of and/or explanation of deficiency.
There are some exceptions to our return and refund policy. Supplements, Clearance Items, Special Orders, Beds, Muzzles, Cat Scratchers, Crates and Carriers are FINAL SALES.
Online Shipped orders can be returned to the store in person, or Shipped at the senders cost.
