Delivery Policy

To ensure next-business-day delivery, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered within two business days or on your delivery zone’s next scheduled delivery day.

We’re happy to deliver raw food/frozen items; however, if you won’t be home to receive your order, please leave a cooler outside for us to place the frozen items in.
If no cooler or fridge is provided, we will be unable to leave the frozen portion of your order. In that case, we’ll leave a calling card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or arrange a pick-up.
